Study Visit of Georgian Expert to EECU |

According to the previously confirmed program, Mr.Mamuka Salukvadze, coordinator of energy efficiency programs of Economic Service of Tbilisi visited Ukraine within the study tour co-organized by EECU. The tour lasted from October,16 till October,29 and has been financed by Georgian office of USAID within NATELI Project.
During his study tour Mr.Salukvadze got acquainted with the systems of energy management and energy monitoring of Lviv and Kamjanets-Podilskyj, met energy managers of both cities, had a conversation about possible fields of cooperation with the city mayor of Kamjanets-Podilskyj Mr. Simashkevych, talked to the project leaders of “City Mobility” project led by GIZ, visited school “Arnica” in Lviv where solar collectors and other EE measures were implemented, as well as got complete information about programs, projects and other activities of EECU during the conversations with the staff of Association. Possible future common projects were discussed within the program of the study visit. At the end of the visit Mr.Salukvadze had a business meeting in Ukrainian capital with the Head of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving Dept. of Kyiv State Administration Mr. Lisovyk.
